Considering a report presented by Uefa the answer is YES. It seems that the British Government has received this report on Tuesday, last week, which sustains that the Liverpool supporters have been qualified as the worst behaved fans on the continent. The report seems to be dead serious as it has been completed by a neutral European police force, wich used undercover agents over the last 4 years. Richard Caborn the British sports minister will receive the report from UEFA boss will be Michel Platini.

Battle with Athens police
This news comes after last bad example offered by Liverpools supporters in Athens. At the Champions League final they where involved in another scandal, when some fans entered Athens Olympic Stadium with false tickets and other people with geniune ones had to stay outside. This resulted in a fight with the local police forces. Altough Liverpool filled report accusing the greec’s for a bad organisation, UEFA’s spokesman William Gaillard replied: “You must ask yourself why at the same match, with the same conditions, there was no trouble with the Milan fans - only the Liverpool fans.”

UEFA’s point of view
Is illustrated in the following quotes of UEFA’s spokesman William Gaillard

“There have been 25 incidents involving Liverpool fans away from home since 2003 and these are in the report.”

“The incidents involving Liverpool fans have been well known to us before the trouble at the Champions League final which involved Liverpool fans last week.”

“That was just the latest example. What other set of fans steal tickets from their fellow supporters or out of the hands of children? We know what happened in Athens, and Liverpool fans were the cause of most of the trouble there.”

1985 fight ended with 39 killed and England’s 5 year suspension
Liverpool supporters have the biggest black page in the history of fan behaviour, filled in 1985. When they where held responsible for the catastrophy at the European Cup final in Brussels, at the Heysel Stadium. At that tragic ocaison 39 italian fans died after a wall collapsed because Liverpool fans attacked their rivals just before the start of the game against Juventus. The event ment 5 year suspension for all english clubs in the european competitions.
