| The Race for the 2007-2008 UCL has started |
The 2007-2008 Uefa Champions League season started today with the first qualifying round matches. In this round there have been scheduled the weakest ranked teams in Europe. After this stage the bigger guns will start the competition in the 2nd qualifying round which will have a two leg fixture. The final battle for the UCL 2007-2008 group phase will be fought in the 3rd qualifying round where it will be decided which teams will join the already pre-qualified favourite teams.
