Milan wins at Cagliari and obtains three important points for their Serie A race. The home team seemed capable of producing an upset as Acquafresca opened the score early in the 4th minute. Kaka missed a penalty kick for Milan just before half time.
The second half brought 2 goals for Milan. Gilardino and Pirlo with a superb free kick shot won the game for the visitors. Worth to mention is that Ronaldo played at AC Milan.
