Real Madrid qualify from the top spot of the Group C to the next round of the Champions League 2007-08 edition. Bernd Schuster’s side have played a wonderful game tonight at the Santiago Bernabeu and where leading Lazio 3 - 0 after a dream first half.
Lazio couldn’t keep the pace and managed to balance the game only in the second half when the home team reduce the throttle. Goran Pandev scored the consolation goal with the cost of an injury. Rocchi missed a penalty kick in the dying minutes of the game.
