Adidas have recently presented France’s new football kit edition for the 2008-2009 season. This is the edition for the home games or for the matches where France is considered the host team. As expected the kit combines France’s traditional colors which are also the colors that form their national flag. I am talking of course about blue, white and red.
The home strip edition uses blue as the main color. The player’s number and name are printed with white, while red is used with the stripes which form a nice pattern along the collar, the sleeves and also on the chest.
The front of the shirt has also the palyer’s number embedded on the right side, in a smaller format, the manufacturers logo is printed centered below the collar, in the same line with the number, and the France Football’s Federation logo completes the line-up, being placed on the left side.
Now let’s have a look at the complete kit and after that I will describe also the short and the socks.

The short is mainly white and has 3 vertical stripes at the endings. Each stripe has a different color: one is red, another one is blue and the third is white. On the right foot there is the France Football Federation logo printed.
The home socks are mainly red. The manufacutures logo, Adidas, is printed with white on both socks. The endings have 5 horizontal stripes printed in red, white and blue.
Further on, let me show you the photo of the kids edition of this Adidas football strip. It’s very similar to the adult one, only the sizes are properly adjusted.
