Brazil obtain a short but deserved 1 - 0 away win in Ireland. Robinho scored the only goal of the game in the 67th minute, with a clever placed ball at the far corner of the goal. A nice low shot that tricked Given.
Brazil had it’s first scoring chance in the 7th minute with a free kick shot sent by Diego and easily saved by Ireland’s goalkeeper. Another important chance for the visitors came in the 38th minute. Robinho produced superiority and found Josue, who was denied again by Given.
The second half Luis Fabiano had a major scoring chance in the 61st minute as he sent a powerful shot, but Given was there and awarded a corner kick.
