0-1 Hamit Altintop scores a magnifcent goal with a superb long range shot, sent out of the blue, just under the crossbar.
Bayern Munich demolished Anderlecht a few minutes ago in their UEFA Cup clash. It was the first leg of the round of the last 16 of this season’s UEFA Cup. Bayern Munich controlled the game from start to finish. Hamit Altintop opened the score with a magnificent long range strike that landed just below the crossbar.
Anderlecht replied and hit the post in the 22nd minute, but Bayern managed to squeeze another goal in the added time of the first half. Luca Toni volleyed the ball into the net, after an error of Anderlecht’s keeper who failed to cover the short corner.
Lucas Podolsky, Miroslav Klose and Franck Ribery completed the scoreboard for the visitors and assured Bayern’s tickets for the UEFA Cup quarter-finals. It’s hard to believe that Anderlecht could save something in Munich. Watch the video higlights here!
