1-0 Ruben Baraja opens the score for Valencia with a superb long range shot.
Valencia manage to qualify for the Copa del Rey final after a great win over Barcelona. The match was played tonight at the Mestalla. The first leg of this battle ended with a 1-1 draw at the Camp Nou.
Ruben Baraja started the show with a superb long range goal in the 17th minute. Valencia doubled their lead just before the halftime after a speedy counter-attack. Thierry Henry rang the wake up bell for Barcelona with a precise header. One minute later, Mata showed who’s the boss and Valencia where with one step into the final. Samuel Eto’o closed the scoreboard at 3-2 and Barcelona’s season gets more and more bitter.
