Nike presented the Dutch football kits for the Euro 2008 tournament an the rest of the 2008-2009 season. Above you have the pictures of the shirts from both the home and the away kits. Lower within this article I covered the rest of the strips along with some other special products of this collection. You can observe from the first look that this season’s dutch kit editions are far more stylish and make the players look more serious and formal.

The home kit edition is using Netherland’s national color, the strong orange. The other insertions on this strip are made with a withe shade. I include here the Nike logo, painted on the chest are of the shirt, on the left leg of the short and on the socks. Holland’s football federation logo is embedded in the heart area of the shirt and on the right leg of the short. The player name and numbers are also painted on the back with white.
The away kit uses the same design pattern. The only change is that the shirt has a horizontal stripe that symbolizes Netherlands national flag and is spread across the width of the shirt. The color combined by this away strip are light blue and yellow.

Got something to say?

Hi………why are Holland wearing light blue socks?
Yea…i asked the same question…and i bought a proper jersey…that has black number and name…and a slight different font…instead of white…supposedly they changed it 2 weeks before the euro 2008
The light blue color is “Nassau-blue” which is like the second national color of the Netherlands, after Orange.
