Croatia where the surprise team during the Euro 2008 Qualifiers and managed to win the group against Russia and England. Nike just presented their official kit for the Euro 2008 tournament. I embedded above pictures from this new strip and also images of the 2008-2009 away kit. This away strip might also be used during the summer’s final tournament, depending on the games that Croatia have to play. If they will be considered visitors and the home team will have equipments with similar colors, Croatia will be asked to play with the away kit.

The home shirt looks like a chess table with white and red squares. The collar is blue and this way, Nike managed to mix all the colors of Croatia’s national flag. As all the other 2008-2009 kit editions manufactured by Nike, the front of the shirt contains the manufacturers logo and the national football federation logo.

The away strip doesn’t impress me that much. It has dark blue as the main color and two vertical patterns on each side formed by white and red chess squares, similar to those from the home kit. The player names and player numbers are printed with white color. You can watch another nice picture below.
