Germany 0 - 1 Spain Highlights
Trophy Award
Spain are the EURO 2008 Winners! Casillas and Co won the trophy a few minutes ago after a great final against Germany.
The Spanish side provided the same combinational play as they used us in the previous matches of the tournament and managed to upset a determined German squad.
Joachim Low encouraged his players and Germany got a better start. Spain managed to balance the game and Fernando Torres sent the ball into the post to preview his opening goal. Spain continued their nice passing style football during the entire game and missed some other important scoring opportunities in the second half.
Germany failed to create major scoring chances. They might have got one in the final moments of the game, but the referee stopped the attack because of a potential offensive foul.
