Brazil have won their first group stage match at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. It was a short 1-0 win against Belgium. Ronaldinho, Kaka and Pato played for the Brazilians but it was Hernanes to score the only goal of the game in the 79th minute.

Belgium where playing one man less since the 72nd minute as Kompany was sent off. Fellaini was also rejected in the 88th minute to let Belgium finish the game with only 9 players. Watch the highlights in the embedded Youtube videos.
