Stuttgart win surprisingly against Werder Bremen in a match that counting for the 7th Bundesliga match-day. When I say surprisingly I refer to the demolishing 4-1 end result. I was also surprised by Stuttgart’s performance after their sloppy appearance in the match that preceded this encounter. It was an UEFA Cup match against Cherno More Varna that almost kicked the German side out of the European competition.
Werder Bremen had a nice performance in Italy against Inter, in the Champions League. Thomas Schaaf’s side had a real poor Saturday. They conceded 4 goals from Stuttgart which is not that surprising for Bremen’s defense. But this time the attack failed to back it out and Werder lost 1-4. Diego scored the consolation goal.
