Chicago Fire climb up to the 3rd MLS spot after a very late 2-1 win against Toronto FC. Chris Rolfe opened the score for the home side and delighted the attendance from the Toyota Park.
Chicago continued to attack and missed important scoring chances. Cuauhtémoc Blanco’s second half attempt reached the crossbar.
Toronto managed eventually to reply and youngster Ibrahim finished off a superb attack to level the score in the 62nd minute. Read more

Aberdeen 0 - 2 Manchester United Highlights
Manchester United defeat Aberdeen in a pre-season friendly. The Red Devils scored twice. Michael Carrick opened the score in the 45th minute from the penalty spot. The penalty kick was obtained by Wayne Rooney. The English national team striker added his name on the scoreboard in the 69th minute with a great header.
Man Utd will try to keep their great level even without injured Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese superstar is recovering after an ankle surgery. Ronaldo is also in poor relationships with United’s staff after admitting that he wants to switch for Real Madrid although the Red Devils don’t want to sell. Read more

43′ 0-1 Yossi Benayoun curls a lovely shot sending it under the crossbar.
Liverpool played a friendly game against the 11th placed in the League 1, Tranmere Rovers. The only goal of the game was scored by Yossi Benayoun after a superb execution. Liverpool’s midfielder sent a curled shot from the edge of the box. The ball lands under the crossbar, thrilling the attendance.

A charity friendly game has been organized to celebrate the Wotld Cup 1998 organized by France. France’s national team from 98 meet the Rest of the World from the same generation.
Zinedine Zidane played once more for the French national team, and even scored the first goal of his side.
Watch the above video and see a few superb goals scored in this friendly match gala that hosted numerous football stars. Zidane, Giuly and Diomede scored for France, while Butragueno, Pauleta and Suker registered goals for the Rest of the World. Read more

CSKA Moscow cause a major upset for Spartak after today’s incredible 5-1 away win. Vagner Love registered a clean hat-trick for the visitors between and 15th and 44th minute. The remaining goals for CSKA Moscow where scored by Krasic and Erkin.
